Dr. Jesse Powers grew up in the Sugar land and Richmond area and graduated from Foster High School here in Richmond in 2011 before heading straight to Texas A&M for the next 8 years.
Dr. Powers earned her Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Animal Science and Psychology in 2015. In 2019 she graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine before finally returning to Fort Bend County to begin her veterinary career.
She enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine, but has a special interest in surgery, dermatology, and feline medicine. She looks forward to reconnecting with her hometown community members and establishing life-long bonds with them and their pets!
Dr. Powers loves spending time with her fiancé and their four cats, as well as with their friends and family, and all of their pets too! She enjoys yoga, travel, and getting outdoors - especially exploring national parks and all the beautiful parts of Texas. Otherwise, you can find her with her fiancé cooking all different styles of cuisine or trying out all the amazing restaurants that the Houston area has to offer, they love to eat good food!
